7-Day At-Will Replacement: Changed your mind or need a different size? Request a one-time replacement within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in original packaging. A 15% replacement fulfillment fee applies, and you cover return and replacement shipping.

21-Day Quality Guarantee: Received a damaged or defective item? That's on us! Report any manufacturing defects or shipping errors within 21 days of delivery. Send us a photo or video as proof, and we'll send a replacement or process a full refund—no fees, and we cover all shipping with a prepaid label.

Good news! We offer FREE worldwide shipping on all orders over $35.

Processing Time: Your order typically ships within 1–3 business days (may take an additional 1–2 days during peak seasons).

Delivery Time: Once shipped, expect delivery in 7–15 calendar days.

Tracking: You'll receive tracking information as soon as your order ships so you can follow your package every step of the way.

International Orders: For customers outside the U.S., please note that any customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our free shipping offer.

Fulfillment: All orders are fulfilled by our trusted partner, Zendrop, ensuring quality handling and timely delivery.
